Frequently Asked Questions
What is Si Se Pierde?
Si Se Pierde offers an online medical evaluation and a plan guided by a licensed provider. Depending on your case, the plan may include recommendations of options such as GLP-1 or GLP-3, in addition to follow-up.
How do I get started?
Click “Get Started,” answer a few short questions, and create your secure account to complete your assessment.
How do I know if it’s safe for me?
Safety depends on your medical history. A provider reviews your information and decides if a treatment is appropriate. If you are not a candidate, we will tell you and guide you on next steps.
How long does the review take?
Our goal is to review your evaluation as soon as possible. Times may vary depending on volume and clinical complexity.
What is GLP-1 and what is GLP-3?
These are categories of treatments that can help some people control appetite and support weight loss when used under medical supervision. A provider will explain options and risks depending on your case.
What side effects can there be?
Like any treatment, there can be side effects. The most common (depending on the treatment) include gastrointestinal upset. Your provider will review risks, red flags, and when to seek care.
Do I need health insurance?
It depends on the plan. We’ll show you available options and what’s included in each one. (If applicable: “No insurance required.”)
How much does it cost?
Transparency is key. You’ll see the price before you pay, including what’s included in your plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation policies depend on the type of plan/month-to-month/subscription. We show it to you clearly during checkout.
In what states is it available?
Availability depends on telehealth and licensing rules. You will see availability during the registration process.
Is my information protected?
Yes. Your information is handled securely and confidentially. We recommend completing your complete medical history only within the secure portal.
Is this for emergencies?
No. If you have severe symptoms or an emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Is the online evaluation free?
Yes, the initial evaluation on sisepierde.com is free and completed online.
What happens after I finish the evaluation?
A licensed provider will review your information. If applicable, you’ll receive a clinical recommendation and the provider will recommend a clinic for next steps.
Do you ship medications?
No. If you’re eligible and it’s appropriate to continue, the provider will recommend a clinic. Any medications or treatment are handled through the clinic based on clinical judgment and availability.
Do you guarantee GLP-1 or GLP-3?
No. We do not guarantee medications or results. Eligibility and treatment are determined clinically by the provider and the clinic.
What does “Si se pierde 30” mean?
It’s the name of our starter program/campaign. It is not a promise of results. Results vary by person.
How do you choose which clinic I go to?
After your evaluation, a provider reviews your information and—if applicable—recommends a clinic based on your location and what is clinically appropriate.
How long does provider review take?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Timing varies based on volume and clinical complexity.
What information do you collect?
We collect only what’s necessary upfront (goals, height/weight, age range, state). If you continue, additional information is completed in a secure portal.
Is my information protected?
Yes. Your information is handled securely and confidentially and used only for your evaluation and, if applicable, care coordination with a clinic, as permitted by law.
Who decides if I’m eligible?
A licensed provider reviews your information and determines whether it’s appropriate to continue. Not everyone qualifies.
What if I’ve tried diet and exercise already?
Many people have. The evaluation helps determine whether a clinical next step may be appropriate. Results vary.
